The importance of managing cultural differences

The founders of FranceOuverture Conseil, Anders Fogelström and Thomas Krän, with complementary backgrounds have both been heavily involved with managing cultural differences in their respective management positions in several countries.

FranceOuverture has intervened with a multitude of major French and Swedish companies to deal with issues of cultural differences.

Based on their personal experience, theoretical studies and considerable thinking plus interaction with international managers around this often very sensitive subject, Anders and Thomas have formulated some practical principles, which are proving to be very useful for their customers.

As a result of several missions and feedback from work groups FranceOuverture has developed a kit of tools and modules which can be taught in sessions that reach from personal coaching to one or two day highly interactive seminars for groups of 10 to 20 managers.
